Let's talk about it...

That everything is going to work out. I never had that feeling for a very long time, in fact, I forgot how that feeling felt because I kind of knew in the back of my mind that no matter what was going to happen if somebody was going to talk about junk food or someone's going to ask me if I want a muffin or the chips the cookies whatever it may be of that sort of food item or it'll be presented in front of me furthermore I had to go to some function with people and there’s food everywhere made me feel so nervous.

I mean and on top of that, I would want to choose things on my own so when I walked into the supermarket that's when it all happened to me because once I brought into my home the chocolate cake the chips you know that sort of thing and there is no way that I was going to put that in the garbage, I knew I was bringing it into my home to eat it. I ate it of course and I felt satisfied when I was eating it, and did I feel guilty? Yes, I did feel guilty. VERY GUILTY

I felt guilty most of the time 5 or 15 minutes after I ate the junk food, but I always felt guilty and that's because I wasn't having it at the right moment or in a controlled manner, it was done without my permission. When I walked into the supermarket and never had my neurotransmitters connected giving me the blood flow in the part of the brain that's responsible for weight loss and by not having neurotransmitters connected, I would walk the supermarket, I looked at the item with my eyes, and that action is called...

cognitive behavior it's almost like when you looked at the chocolate cake something got locked inside your head deep in the brain and can you imagine in order not to grab that chocolate cake you would have to physically open 20 million locks one by one and those locks are heavy. I mean I'd be lucky if I even get to 10 locks before, I gave up so the only choice I had staring me right in the face after that experience would be to reach out to the chocolate cake.

When you reach out to the chocolate cake that function is called Impulse control and the reason why it's called impulse control in the brain is that it's calculated to know and understand the coded language of impulse control it's because it's connected right to the brain itself.

Every time I went to the supermarket, I said I was going to buy the chicken the vegetables the healthy items, yogurt and so on... I really did say that to myself that wasn't a lie no it was not, I really felt like I was going to do it and this was going to be the day and there was nothing going to stop me...

Did these Supermarkets do tricky things to make the sugary treats look so good? I mean some of the supermarkets that display the stuff put it right in your face as soon as you walk through the door anyhow the supermarket that I go to always has the items in the exact same spot so when I walk in, I'd start off okay, you know you get your cart you walk in the supermarket you get some healthy items and then you make a left and you know when you make that kind of turn those chocolate cakes are  I mean there's chocolate cake there's vanilla cake there's any and every cake flavor you can think of it’s now staring at you, dripping chocolate cake you can almost smell it and when you look at that chocolate cake somehow you looked at it from a distance, but now you're up close, you don't know how you got there, but...

You looked at it again and sometimes you stood there staring at it thinking, should I get it? Should I not? Should I? should I not? Oh, Sometimes you even looked behind you like someone's watching you however you end up reaching out for the cake and you put it into your shopping cart where do you think you're going after that? You're going to the checkout, yes you're going to pay for the item and that is a

psychological movement paying rhythm for the item you're reaching out to grab and you're paying money, who pays money for a chocolate cake and then decides to bring it back not me not many people I don't assume. The point here is that when you heal the impulse control issues you heal the problem you walk right by that chocolate cake and there you have it you just walked on by when you do that a few hundred times bingo! you're healed.

The GOOD NEWS is that you healed your impulse control issues and more and when you lose weight in intervals you can have things that you like, I mean nobody said that you're never going to have that chocolate cake again, this time you can have it, but in a safe and comfortable manner.
